“TOUGH CASES” FOR PASTORS, CLINICIANS AND OTHER HELPERS

People in the helping professions such as pastors, rabbis, therapists, teachers or social workers often find themselves stumped or frustrated by the ‘tough cases’. In a clinical setting, a tough case may be an individual client or couple that does not seem to be responding to treatment. In organizations a tough case can be a person who seems to be involved, may share the same beliefs, or even asks for help, yet somehow every effort returns empty. Sometimes the tough cases become part of the organization’s leadership bringing drama or conflict that distracts from the goal. Bill Seery is available for consultation about difficult clinical cases and for people and organizational issues which may be baffling or disruptive. Years of clinical experience and work with organizations can bring a fresh perspective you may not have considered. The problem may be easier to solve than it seems.
