If you know the amount of the payment you want to make, click on the “Pay Now” link below and follow the instructions for making a payment via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account and want to use your card to make a payment, in the next screen just click on the the option near the bottom that says, “Pay with Credit or Debit Card.”
